She Waited for him for 10 years.

Chapter 2:

Since dad is on a business trip, there was many work left on me but I finished everything early and went home. I heard the sweet aroma of food when I got inside.

"Mom what are you cooking?" I asked as I went the kitchen.

"Your favorite darling." She said smiling.

"Mom you are really unusual today. What's up?" I asked.

"Nothing dear. I told you I want to be a good mother for you." She said wiping her hands with a napkin.

" Well have you went to your room?" She said.

"No is there a surprise?" I asked confused.

"Yes, a very big surprise." Mom and went back to cooking.

"Okay, I'm going upstairs to check." I said and get out of kitchen and went upstairs. I didn't expect what I saw. I thought mom will buy me a bunch of clothes, shoes or bags because she used to but I didn't expect to see the man she showed me his picture on her phone yesterday sleeping on my bed.

"Stand up from my bed." I hurried up and push him from my bed.

" Mmmmm, you are back." He yawned from the floor and stand up.

"What are you doing on my bed?" I yelled and throw my back on the bed and take of my suit because it's really hot. Because I want to behave like a bossy lady, I ended up in suit.

"Your mom didn't told me a lie. you are very beautiful." He said coming closer to me.

"Stay where you are!" I shouted.

"No baby, your mom said I should pregnant you." He said seductively and coming closer.

"Are you mad?! Come on get out of my room bastard!" I yelled at him but I didn't expect him to grab my waist. I slapped him hard causing him to let go of his grip.

"How dare you? Why did you slap me?" He shouted his hand on his face.

" Because you are stupid! You are mad! how dare you to touch me!"I yelled back.

" You want to be stubborn right? You know what? I won't come here without getting nothing so I'm going to force you." He said coming towards me but I moved fast and took the vase besides me and hit on his head making him screamed so hard with blood flowing on his face.

"What happened?!!" mom came to my room panicked.

" Take him out from my room." I shouted and went to sit and on my bed and take off my heels. Because of what happened, mom didn't said anything and help him up and take him out of my room apologizing to him of what happened.

I knew what she was going to do. I heard my phone ring and I look at the caller id and it was Dad. I picked up the phone and told him whatever happens at home and office. After that he promised to talk to mom and hang up.

Because of what mom did, I don't even want to eat her food. I ordered a food and after some minutes, I heard a the door bell ring and went downstairs to check. When I got downstairs, I didn't see mom. I think she took the man to the hospital.

I opened the door and collect my food. I have already paid for it. I went back upstairs and eat. after that I took a cold bath and went to sleep.

It was 9:40pm when I woke up because of hunger. I don't know whether to go to the kitchen and eat mom's food or not but I won't. I went to the kitchen and make a cereal and eat. I was going to my room when I saw mom coming downstairs.

"Are you hungry Lilith?" She asked.

Because of what happened, mom is very embarrassed of what she did.

" No. I came here for water"I said about to walk away but she stop me.

"I'm very sorry Lilith, it won't happen again. It was all Aurora's idea" Mom apologize feeling guilty.

Aunty Aurora is mom's older sister. She always pressure me to get married because she got married at age eighteen because she was pregnant and grandpa want to cover the pregnancy so that it won't destroy the family's name.

"It's okay mom but you shouldn't have done it. He was about to r**e me. how can you do that? " I said.

"I'm sorry Lilith. I'm so sorry. Your Aunty told me that once you get pregnant, you will get married because of it. I'm really sorry please for give me." Mom said about to cry.

" It's okay mom." I said and hug her.

* It's morning and finally it's time for work.*

I put on the hoodie Adrian got me and paired it with a white jeans ready to go to work. I didn't eat breakfast. I said good bye to mom and went to work.

Today's work was not too much. And finally it's time for lunch. Lucy sent me a message yesterday to have lunch with me.

I reached at the restaurant and saw Lucy sitting there with Brother Nathan. I didn't expect her to bring him here. I walk over to them and sit down.

"Hi Brother Nathan." I greeted because I haven't seen him for so long.

"Hi Lucy" I greeted Lucy.

"Hi" they both said.

" You two look good together." I said.

"Thanks" Brother Nathan said.

Lucy was busy taking photos with Brother Nathan.

"Lilith, do you hear from Adrian?" Brother Nathan asked.

"No. She doesn't " Lucy who was on her phone answered for me.

" I don't hear from him but I'm sure I will."I said my head down.

" It's okay sister Lilith." Brother Nathan said.

We have a conversation about their wedding and after that I went to back to the office. Mom said I should go to her favorite shopping mall and collect her clothes for her but I didn't expect to see Harley.

"Hey Lilith." She smiled at me.

"Hi " I said with a frown and try to walk away but she suddenly said something that makes me stop in my tracks.

" Lilith have you heard from Adrian?" She asked.

"No, Why are you asking?" I asked with a frown.

Harley have been my enemy since high school. She was jealous of me. She was the school queen bee and thought she was the most prettiest girl ever but I took the award from her and her fans started being my fans and that made her hate me very much.

"Well I saw Adrian " She said smiling.

"What?!! Adrian is back? " I was overjoyed.

" Yes." She said.

" Where is he?" I couldn't help asking. I'm very happy. Now I'm going to get married to him and mom won't hang marriage on my neck again.

" I can't tell." She said and walk away.

I followed her but she was too fast and got in her car and drove away. I wanted to drive after her but she lost me so I have no choice to give up and went home after I collect mom clothes for her.
