She Tricked Me

IT'S been a few hours since Roya and Amber arrived at the amusement park.
They tried a couple of rides, in which Roya is obliged to explain what the rides are made of and how they function.
Roya was very patient with Amber since she understood that it is her first time going to an amusement park. She felt a bit of pity towards Amber, you know, for not seeing the world.
They also had their lunch at one of the castle attractions. Roya is still not getting over the fact that Amber thought that there is a King and Queen living in the castles.
And to point things out, she was a bit bothered by the fact that Amber keeps on mentioning things about magic. It made her think that maybe Amber is a witch.
No, that is impossible.>
"Roya, what do you want to ride next?"
"Are you afraid of heights?"
"Hmm, not really."
"Good. Do you have motion sickness?"
"Nah, wait why are you asking?"
"It's because, I want to ride the roller coaster."
"What is that? Roller what?"
Roya then pointed to the giant spiraling railtracks in front of them.
"That is a roller coaster."
"Woah, you ride those?"
"Yep, so are you up for the challenge?"
"Ohh, you don't know who you were challenging."
They made their way to the roller coaster and waited for their turn.
"I'm really happy that I got to experience this with you Amber."
"Me too."
"It is my first time riding a roller coaster without Alex or without my family."
"Really? Well, it is my first time too."
"You know, you are my very first girl friend."
"You are my very first friend too."
It was their turn to ride the roller coaster. They were seated with each other near the back part of the wagon.
The harness was put on and the crew double checked it.
"What are these, Roya?"
"It is for our safety. Don't ever remove it until the ride is finish, okay?"
"Okay."
Then the ride finally started. It was a slow ride going upwards, and when they finally reached the top, Roya took a deep breath and told Amber that "This is where the fun starts."
Roya screamed on top of her lungs the moment they went spiraling on the trails while Amber was too shocked to even react.
"Woah! This is so fun!" Roya kept on screaming and laughing.
Roya turned her face to Amber and saw her losing color on her face.
"Oh my gosh Amber! Are you alright?" she screamed.
The ride was finished and they are now seated on a bench near the roller coaster.
"I'm so sorry Amber. Are you alright now? Do you want me to get some water?"
"No, I'm fine Roya. I was just shook about the ride."
See? It's impossible that she is a witch, she can't even tolerate the roller coaster.>
"Okay, how about we eat some ice cream then we go to the souvenir shops?"
"I can't eat. My stomach is not feeling well."
Roya decided to buy Amber water and some banana.
"I don't know how the banana will help you with your stomach but what I do know is that it can help you to be in a good mood."
"Thank you Roya and don't stress yourself, it is not your fault."
"Thank you Amber. How about, you pick our rides?"
"I don't know any rides aside from the ones we already tried."
"Then, let's just stroll and if ever you want to ride or see something you like, we can go there."
"That sounds like a good idea."
After Amber get enough rest, they continued their stroll and went to different souvenir shop.
Roya decided to buy some keychain, t-shirts and a new tumbler for her whole family while Amber just bought a pillow with witch print.
Stop Roya, you are overthinking.>
"Roya, what is that?" Amber pointed to a huge and tall wheel-like structure.
"That is what you call a ferris wheel."
"Why is it so slow?"
"Because it's purpose is to enjoy the moment and the scenery."
"I want to ride those."
"Okay, but I have a suggestion."
"And what is that?"
"You see, it is still 4 in the afternoon, and for me, the best time to ride a ferris wheel is right before sunset."
"Before sunset? Why?"
"Well, that is when the best view will appear."
Amber doesn't look convince.
"Just trust me on this Amber. I won't let your first time riding a Ferris Wheel to be boring," Amber nodded as a response.
They spent their time strolling the streets of the park and tasting every food Amber is curious about.
It was right before sunset when Roya decided to go ride the Ferris Wheel. They queued for a couple of minutes.
"Are you excited?"
"Of course, this will be fun right?"
"Right, you won't regret riding this Amber."
"Let's go," and they ride the Ferris Wheel.
Different places have different kinds of Ferris Wheel. In the amusement park they went, the seats are good for 2-4 person. Also, it is open air which is nice because there will be no hindrance on seeing the sunset.
"I am really happy right now," Roya looked at Amber and smiled.
"Me too."
"Wait for the best part of this ride. You will remember it for the rest of your life."
When the ride started to move, Roya can't stop herself from the excitement it gives.
"The normal rotation per ride is three times so you get to experience the view thrice. Isn't it amazing?"
"Yes, and why are you so happy? I mean, you were overly excited."
"It's because it is my favorite ride Amber."
"Oh my gosh! What a beautiful scene."
"See? I told you," Roya then got her phone and took snaps on the sunset.
"What's not to trust? Can you shut up for a bit? In case you don't know, I am busy appreciating the view."
"Remember, I warned you."
Stupid voice. What is his problem with Amber?>
She looked at Amber and think of reasons why she shouldn't trust her.
She can't think of any reason aside from her nonsensical remarks of her being a witch.
"Roya, are you happy living this way?"
"Ha? What's with the sudden question?"
"Don't you miss your real family?"
"What did you just said?"
"Don't you want to meet your real family?"
Roya was just too shocked to even respond.
"Let's go home Roya," and with that, Amber stood up and headed for the cabin's door.
"Oh my gosh! Are you out of your mind?" Roya immediately held on Amber's arm to prevent her from opening the door.
"You could've get us killed!"
Amber stared at her for a moment then laughed like a witch.
"Amber, are you pranking me?" Amber laughed even more.
"Stop this Amber, this is not funny anymore."
"Let's go home, Princess," before Roya can respond, Amber pushed her out of the Ferris Wheel's cabin.
Roya was falling to the ground, and she was too shocked to even scream.
Is this the end of me? Am I gonna die here?
Roya was in her thoughts when suddenly Amber appeared in front of her falling like her.
She finally found her voice and screamed before everything went blank.
"Greetings, Your Highness."
"You can call me Roya."
"I can't do that Princess."
"Why not? We are the same age and we are both students of Pearl."
"It's because you are a Princess, while I am just a commoner."
"Can't we just be friends?"
"I'm afraid we can't because you are a-"
"Stop! You will be my friend starting today, and that is an order."
"But-, yes Your Highness."
"You can call me Roya since we are friends now. Oh! Before I forgot, what is your name again?"
"Amber, Your High-, I mean Ro-roya."
"Amber, I'm really happy, you are my first ever friend.">
