Alpha Andrew’s POV

Andy where have you been? “I went to see mama.” Oh, come here bug. I know you miss her, especially with your 18th birthday soon. I hugged her so tight. I exhaled she grew up to look so much like Maribel. Go get dressed bug, you have to be at the training grounds in twenty minutes. It’s been 11 years since my other half was taken from me. Since then, I made sure Andréa knew how to defend herself, I stopped sheltering her from the evils in the world. She has become my strongest warrior.

I was standing there I didn’t even realize that my beta walked in. “Alpha”. He bowed. Seth, how are you? “I’m fine, but I should be asking you that question. I know with Andy’s 18th birthday coming up, it is bringing up a lot of memories for you. Everything that you have planned for Andy will happen the way it supposed to happen, and bro Maribel would be pleased.” I know, I know. Do we have everything ready? We’re going to have hundreds of people here; I need everything to go off without a hitch. Make sure the guards know their post, and what is expected of them. Make sure the omega’s have the menu settled and the backyard is decorated. “We got this” Seth said. Relax Alpha, everything will be perfect”

Andréa POV

As I was walking down the stairs in my gym clothes, I saw my dad talking to his beta. Hey, uncle Seth. “How’s my favorite god daughter!” I let out a chuckle. I’m your only god daughter. I hug him and kiss my dad’s cheek. I’m off see you guys later. I walked out the front door headed towards the training grounds, I see my friends Finn, and Jennifer. I run over to where they were standing and booty bumped Jen. Hey girly! “Ahhh! You scared the beegezus out of me, what the hell!” Finn is keeled over laughing “That was great!” Ha, ha, ha, I’m sorry! I couldn’t resist. “I hate when you do that!” Jennifer is standing there pouting, I put my arm around her shoulder and hug her. I am sorry bestie; I won’t do it again. I give her that sweet innocent look. She starts laughing; “the lies you tell” Now where both laughing.

Finn interrupts us; “so Andréa are you looking forward to the big 1-8? Getting to meet your wolf, and shifting. I sighed. I am. “But” he says. But honestly, I’m worried about the whole mate thing. All these thoughts start flying in my head like what If he is from a different pack, or worse high ranking? I don’t think I can leave the only place I have ever known, the place I call home! To top that leaving my dad, and you guy’s. This is my pack! I don’t think I even want a mate. I shrugged my shoulders looking down at the ground. “Awe Andy! Come here!” Finn said. They both sandwich me in to a hug to the point of shaking me. I start to giggle; I love you guys!

‘’Come on we got to go before we end up having to run an extra mile’’ Finn said.
