CHAPTER 6
Andrew pulled to a stop behind Sal and Micky at six the next morning. Sal got out of their car and went back to talk to Andrew.
“Good morning,” said Sal.
“Good morning. Has there been any trouble?” asked Andrew.
“No, everything has been quiet. Alex called last night. He wants me and Micky to meet Trey and Lori at the preacher’s house after school today. So, we will be late taking over tonight. You’ll have to stay until we can get away.”
“Okay.” agreed Andrew nodding.
“We are going home to eat and take a shower. If you need us, you can call us or Alex. He may send someone else out. Otherwise, we will see you after our visit with the preacher,” said Sal.
“I’ll see you then,” agreed Andrew with a smile.
Sal nodded, then joined Micky in the car and they left.
