The witch is here again. And this time I wonder what she wants. Because right now, I’m not going to be merciful to anyone who tries to ruin me.
I cleared my throat, gently adjusting my suit before ushering her in.
Just then, the secretary entered, panting hard, a worried look etched on her face. I was least concerned about whatever her worries were, because I was much more concerned about why Morgan was here.
“I tried to stop her–”
“You may leave,” was the last thing I said to her with a flicker of my hand. The guards should be ready for their query. Allowing her to come into my office, and leaving their job to the secretary to do.
