“Nice job”, Oskar says as the final practice match of the day ends. We won against Limitless, who are not going to be participating in the nationals, but are a very strong team, nonetheless.  I close my eyes and let out a heavy sigh, setting my elbows on the desk and taking off my earphones. The next tournament is in two days and I am finally feeling like myself again. This was not only because the day off we “took off”, but rather because the players agreed going together to a couple of yoga classes. This helped us relax, change our mentality and, most importantly, bring back the good synergy we had since I joined the team.
