“I know this may sound weird, but would you swap seats with me for today’s match?”, I ask Oskar with an awkward smile.
He leans his head to the side, clearly taken aback by my request. “You mean with the keyboards and all?”
I nod, realizing that I have to tell him at least half of all the story to go on with my plan of misleading Neon to hack the wrong computer.
After hours of talking with Faye yesterday, we came to the conclusion that Nathan hacked only my set up by using whatever was in that HDD he gave me before Dreamhack Winter. Therefore, there is no way that he can affect my teammate’s computers in any way.
This may not stop him, we know. However, if Oskar witnesses something off, we could have a better chance to solve the problem after we report it this time.
