Obsidian

2004 Words
Chloey’s POV Joey was getting restless.  She wanted to have fun on our break and since Yuletide was kind of a mess, she wanted an actual enjoyable night, so she wanted to go out dancing at Obsidian.  I had never been there, but after going to Underworld I liked the club scene. And I definitely wanted to dance with Cade. Joey was right, we did deserve a night of dancing and fun. As I got ready I couldn’t help but notice Cade glancing at me every few seconds, but said nothing. How strange. I put the finishing touches on my hair, actually happy with my appearance. I eyed the dress I was going to wear and Cade’s outfit that were on the bed. Should we change in front of each other? Was that weird? We hadn’t run into this problem yet seeing as how we usually got ready at different times. The both of us were just staring at the clothes on the bed. “Do you want me to leave?” Cade finally asked. “So you can get dressed? I can go in the bathroom or something to change.” “Um…you don’t have to. I mean you’ve seen me with a bra on and I’ve seen you shirtless. And we’re…moving towards more intense things.” “Yeah, you’re right. It doesn’t have to be weird.” “Yeah,” I whispered.  I slowly pulled my shirt off and didn’t dare look at Cade. I wasn’t sure why this was awkward when Cade had literally already groped me before.  I dropped my pants next and then quickly slipped into my dress. I was having trouble with the zipper in the back.  “Um, Cade…could you?” I tried to ignore that he was only in his boxers. “Yeah of course!” He said almost eagerly.  I lifted my hair as I felt him come up behind me. His hands danced down my spine slowly. I felt his breath on my neck, before his lips made contact. My eyes rolled back as I leaned into him. Cade took the straps of my dress and dragged them down, causing the dress to slide down to the floor. He turned me around, kissing me fiercely.  I wrapped my arms around him as he lowered me onto the bed. There it was again. That feeling stirring up in the pit of my stomach whenever I kissed or was pressed up against Cade.  He was groping my breasts as he kissed me wildly. He grabbed my hand and guided it down into his boxers. Oh my goodness, I was touching his p***s! Cade was grinding against my hand as he moaned.  I should do something more, right? Maybe he wanted a hand job. I of course had never given one, but I had heard enough graphic things from Joey that I got the gist of it.  I wrapped my hand around his erection and started moving up and down, hoping I was doing it right.  “f**k…Chloey keep going,” Cade whimpered.  A weird feeling of satisfaction ran through me. I was making Cade feel good. I wasn’t just some fumbling virgin who was lost. I could do this.  Cade’s hand was now sliding into my underwear. I gasped, feeling him rub me in a circular motion. I had never felt pleasure like this.  “Does that feel good?” He breathed my ear. “You like it?” “Yes, Cade,”  He started going faster, making me shake and squirm underneath him. I wasn’t even giving him a handjob anymore, I couldn’t keep my focus on that anymore. Cade didn’t seem to care anyways, he was all about satisfying me.  Something was building up inside of me. I had never felt it before, but it was so thrilling. “Cade…something’s happening.” “You’re close,” He rubbed harder. “Just let me take you there.” Where?!  My moaning was becoming uncontrollable and my breathing shallow. Whatever was building up inside me was ready to burst. My eyes widened as a wave of immense pleasure washed over me, causing me to lose all control over my body. Through all my whimpering and writhing, Cade kept going. He was watching me with a smile on his lips like he was hypnotized by me.  I let out a huge sigh. “That was incredible!” Cade kissed my neck. “And that’s just my fingers baby. Next time maybe I get to finish?” I could make him feel as good as he just made me? “How about later tonight?” Joey’s POV “What’s that?” Marsden pointed to my new necklace as we got ready to go out. “My sisters and I made this kind of oath to always protect each other.” I smiled. “So nothing ever comes between us.” “But…I am coming between you.” “No, you’re not Mars. All the s**t Zoey said at Yuletide was because of the hate curse.” “She still doesn’t trust me.” “And that’s her problem, not mine. And it’s Wintertide Break, we’re not supposed to be talking about this shit.” “Yeah, you’re right, I’m sorry.” “Joey!” Mom called. “There’s someone here for you!” Wonder who that could be. I hurried down the stairs, with Marsden in tow. “Who is it?” I questioned.  “A friend of yours,”  My eyes widened. “Mason?!” “Hey babe!” He leaned in to kiss me, but I dodged him. “What’s wrong? I thought you’d be happy to see me.” “I-I didn’t expect to see you,”  “I told you you would. And hey, you’re already dressed. Let’s go to Obsidian, and then you can stay the night.” “Yeah, that’s not happening,” Marsden spoke up. “Who is this?” Mason questioned.  “My boyfriend.” I winced. “Boyfriend? You-you don’t have boyfriends!” “Well she does now,” Marsden put his arm around me. “And I’m taking her to Obsidian.” This might be the first time I wasn’t excited for two boys to fight over me *** Mason ended up accompanying us to Obsidian and Marsden was so clearly bothered by it. He didn’t like that Mason could still make me laugh and knew things about me.  “So, Joey grabbed the Manticore by the tail and pulled it so hard, fire burst out of its mouth and burned down the library!” Mason laughed.  “That’s insane!” Zander chuckled. “I always was trouble,” I giggled.  “And I loved getting into trouble. Deep in it.” Mason smirked.  I felt Marsden tense against me. “Are you not embarrassed?” He sneered. “Excuse me?” “You pining after my girlfriend right in front of me? That’s not embarrassing to you?” “Marsden, don’t.” I pleaded.  “No, what's embarrassing is your behavior right now. Are you that threatened by me?” Mason laughed.  “Guys, come on.” I groaned. “This is supposed to be fun.” “It will be once he leaves,” Marsden glared at him. “You gonna make me? Gonna kill me like your father would?” I saw Marsden’s eyes glow as the Dark Vampiric Warlock in him threatened to come out.  “Do you really want to find out how similar to my father I am?” “Marsden!” I grabbed his arm and pulled him away. “What the hell is wrong with you?” “He’s drooling all over you and it’s pissing me off Joey. I could kill him if I wanted to!” I looked at him in horror. “You’re not supposed to be that person,” “I didn’t…ugh I didn’t mean it like that!” Marsden insisted. “I just don’t like the thought of you with other guys.” “That doesn’t mean you threaten them.” I shook my head. “If you can’t handle this, go back to the house. I want to have fun tonight.” “No, I can! I’m sorry.”  “Whatever, Thorton. Just don’t be a d**k anymore, got it?” He tried to kiss me but I leaned away. “I’m still mad at you.“ I walked back to the table with him slumping behind me. Everyone forced smiles as we sat down, except for Zoey. Her smile was genuine. Zoey’s POV I loved that Joey and Marsden were fighting.  Finally she was seeing the negative side of him. He’s aggressive and jealous and has a bad temper. Why would my fun loving sister want to be with a guy like that? She wouldn’t, so she won’t  be. This relationship was halfway over. I knew I shouldn’t be focusing so much on Joey’s relationship when my own was hanging by a thread. Zander and I still hadn’t talked about me kissing Tate on Yuletide. I knew I had strong feelings for Tate, but that didn’t negate what I felt for Zander at all. I really was a complete mess about this whole situation.  “We should dance,” Chloey said, breaking the silence. “You want to dance?” I asked in surprised. “I do with Cade. He makes me want to do everything!” “I adore you,” Cade whispered before kissing her intensely.  Well at least someone’s relationship was going well. I watched as they made their way to the dance floor. “What do you think?” I asked Zander. A smile came to his face. “Yeah, okay.” He pulled me close as we moved to the music.  “I’m so glad you chose me,” He whispered in my ear. “I meant what I said, I love you.” Oh s**t.  “Um Zander I-” “I know, you don’t love me yet, it’s okay. The fact that you’re still here is enough for me. I know you’ll get there soon.” Well I was glad one of us felt that way.  As we danced, I thought about the situation I had gotten myself into. Zander thought I chose him, only I really didn’t because I hadn’t made any kind of choice.  Tate was still running through my mind every other second. I was still thinking of his lips pressed against mine and how it felt to be in his arms. And if I was thinking of that while being in Zander’s arms, that says something right? Like maybe I was not in the right relationship. As I looked around the crowded club, someone caught my eye. Tate? “I’ll be right back,” I told Zander before running off after Tate. “Tate?” He couldn’t hear me. Finally I caught up and put my hand on his shoulder.  He turned around and I was shocked to see that it wasn’t him. The guy barely even looked like him.  “Sorry, I thought you were my friend,” I apologized as I slumped away. So I thought I was seeing Tate and then I was horribly disappointed when it wasn’t even him. I spotted Zander again who was looking around for me.  I approached him. “Where did you go babe?” He asked.  “I thought I saw someone that I knew,”  “Wasn’t them?” I shook my head. “You know when you think you see someone and they’re not there, it’s because you miss them.” I just stared at him. Sweet, sensitive Zander who made me happy and worshipped the ground I walked on. He was never anything but honest with me and I felt like the best version of myself when I was with him. He loved me and wanted to be with me more than anything.  I had to break up with him.
