Excitement jitters within me as I push open Thalia"s door and step inside. We only exchanged a couple of messages last night, so I"m looking forward to finding out how her date went in more detail.
"Hey," I say brightly, handing her one of the travel mugs I"m holding.
"Hi."
Oh, she seems bright, this is a good sign.
I sit down on her bed, knowing we"re going to have plenty to talk about. "So, tell me about last night?" I blow across the top of my tea to cool it down.
Thalia eyes the one I brought her as if expecting it to explode. That"s a fair concern.
"I stopped at Pixie Cups on the way," I assure her, knowing how much she likes the coffee shop next to campus. Everyone loves that place. "Yours is green tea, not too strong and I haven"t touched it other than to bring it to
