CHAPTER IIAT THE CHÂTEAU DELAROSE It was just before eight o’clock the same autumn evening when Worrals and Frecks, with heavy coats over their uniforms, after a final consultation with Squadron-Leader Yorke, left the C.O.’s office and walked quietly through the gathering dusk towards a small, dark-painted, high-wing cabin monoplane, with side by side seating for two passengers and luggage dicky behind.
