Leona was still watching Adrian from the porch. She watched until he pulled off. Leona was not the type to let her emotions lead her.
After what Adrian had done, something snapped. She walked into her house and headed to the bathroom. She pulled out her favorite brand of bath salts, threw them into the water and she took down her curly hair.
She had to calm herself so she could think. When the bath was ready she hopped into the steaming hot lavender water. Leona let the steam and the lavender soak in.
She felt calmer but she was still angry. Leona closed her eyes and submerged her self. When she sat up, she found that her surroundings had changed.
Leona was no longer in her bathroom tub. She was now sitting in a hot spring. There was wild lavender and jasmine growing around her. The breeze was warm and light. She wasn't alone here.
Not far from where she was sitting, there were two figures. One was a woman. She was dressed in a white robe like dress. Leona got out of the hot spring. She wasn't afraid of the two figures.
The second one was a large feline. It looked like a black lion. They turned to face her. That was when Leona stopped.
" Hello my child. I am Selene, Goddess of the moon. I am the mother of the shifters. " she said.
Leona had heard stories about this Goddess. Her parents praised her.
