Quick panicking steps invaded the dark and restricted corridor of the Project Zero building. There were flickering lights in the surrounding, from the ceiling, making the whole scenario similar to a classic horror scene. Yet, those flickering lights was not the reason why there are footsteps of panic.
On the faces of the students who owns those footsteps, is also a face of specially mixed horror, fear, hopefulness, and determination.
As they strode through the corridor, walked towards where the hidden exit door can be located, their chests were pumping adrenaline. Theirs hearts are about to explode: maybe because they were afraid, or hopeful and excited—because they would be able to, finally, taste the sensation of the real world.
