I sat next to him in silence for a while, enjoying being close to him. My skin was starting to get really itchy again though and it felt like I was sitting in a sauna.
“You’re really burning up.” He said softly, his forehead drawn into a frown, he held the back of his hand up to my forehead.
“I’m going into heat remember!” I muttered back irritably.
“It won’t always be this bad,” He soothed. “You won’t always look on it as a burden.”
