Reanna leaned against the wall, wiping the sweat from her brow as she did so and took a moment to compose herself.
Her clothes were drentched in sweat and clung to her shapely body. Her muscles ached, her hands had the beginings of painful blisters forming and her legs were no doubt bruised and bloodied in places from her perilous climb from her tower.... but at least she was finally free.
Reanna smiled at the thought of her freedom, as gaze focused on her chamber window, high above the ground at the otherside of the courtyard.
