Reanna gripped the sword she held tighter and forced herself not to lunge forward and behead Gabriel as she longed to do. She was confident that she was a skilled enough warrior to land the deadly blow to Gabriel before he could even think of defending himself or counter-attacking, however, her concern was not for her safety but for Edwina's. Even if she could take out Gabriel that would not guarantee Edwina's safety. Sebastian was a smart man and he might have a backup plan, hidden soldiers nearby perhaps with archers among their ranks who had arrows already aimed at herself and more importantly Edwina.
