Ever since the midnight call, I have not heard from Nicholas not even seen him much at office. Work at the office has been also driving nuts with all the various calls and paper work. In just a few minutes I am going to lunch with Mr. Ross.
While I make my final preparation to get out of the office, the phone rings and I immediately answer it.
"Patricia,"
Of all the time he decided to call, he had to choose the most crucial time.
"Hello to you too," I reply rather cold perhaps wanting to mask the happiness my heart felt.
"I wanted to ask if you would like to grab lunch with me." Nicholas asks.
I want to say yes but in three minutes, I have to be down by the lobby because my car is already waiting for me to go meet Mr. Ross.
