At 7pm, Conway knocked on the door of Kadence’s house with a bouquet of native flowers in hand. Kadence opened the door puzzled to see him standing there, but welcomed him in. “How is she?” Conway asked concerned. “Oh you know, she hasn’t left the room or spoken to anyone. I know she’s strong but this is all getting a bit much I think.” Kadence answered as she walked over to Kadence’s door to give a little knock. “Hey Amanda, Conway’s here with some beautiful flowers for you.” “I’ll be out in a minute.” Amanda called from behind the door. Kadence walked over to the bench and gestured for Conway to follow her. Biting her lip, she looked back towards the room Amanda occupied and sighed. Walking over to the oven, she grabbed an oven mitt and pulled out a plate that was left inside to stay
