The music continued in the background as most of the crowd remained oblivious to the confrontation occurring. The people standing nearby were definitely gawking. Cassie ignored their curious stares and attempted to defuse the situation.
It wasn’t working. The moment Theo tried wrapping his arm around her, Mike advanced in his direction. They went chest to chest, allowing her little space to wedge between them. She pried them apart after some effort.
