Nina’s POV:
When we finished choosing the names, I turned towards Jim and smiled, “I’m Nina, and I guess we are a couple for this retreat.”
He smiles, “Hi, Nina, I’m Jim.”
Turning towards the burning glare, I saw Jack sitting with Matt and chuckling. Alice was sitting with Neilson, laughing, and pointing at them. “You two are a couple!” she shouted, smacking her thighs, throwing her head back, a burst of ill-mannered laughter erupted.
I don’t know how it’s possible, but somehow Neilson chose Alice’s name first, so she was automatically withdrawn. I looked at Neilson with narrowing eyes. He smirks, “Seems like my Angel, and I are fated to be together,” he hummed out, pulling her closer.
“You better not try to kiss me,” Jack said to Matt, covering his lips.
