Nina’s POV: I feel like every day; I learn something new, something unwanted. “What?” I breathe out, having the strongest urge to throw up. It’s probably not a good idea to eat those chicken that had been in the fridge for who knows how long. “That day, when Randy got shot,” he inhales a shaky breath. “The person shooting him was aiming for me, but Randy covered me and ended up getting shot. I was the reason why he died,” he glances up, brown eyes lurking down. “Then, Alice broke up with you,” I said, slowly trying to process everything. Reflecting on near that date, Alice and Neilson were okay, or what I assumed was fine. Neilson left for some business trip, out of the country, I remember that much. Alice was behaving like Alice.
