Nina’s POV:
He looks different, soberer than when I saw him years before. His eyes were brighter, a bit more full of life, but at the same time, it seems dead. “Why are you here?” I said in a defeated tone, tired of everything. Meeting the other man and my sudden outburst towards Alice, I didn’t have any energy left.
He went on his knees, placing a single lily down, staring at all three of the rocks. “You know, it’s been six years since I last tasted a drop of alcohol,” he said.
