Yasmine POV
When I saw a woman being brutally grabbed, I immediately pulled my husband Tolga's hand. As a woman, I couldn't let another be defenseless. I wanted Tolga to help.
It was all so fast.
When we approached her, Kyle had already dismissed the guy. The girl hugged him, and he hugged her too.
At that moment my heart melted, I had never seen Kyle show affection to anyone other than his teammates or my parents.
There was something sweet about the way he held her and kissed her head.
Both Tolga and I were shocked, positively, of course. Kyle never shows his emotions.
My father is Thomas Siegfried, Kyle's agent. When he was still a teenager he came to live in our house. Always polite but very private.
His family was far away in London. And my father received him as another son.
Kyle lived in isolation. No matter how much we did, he always isolated himself.
One night, his mother called my father to say she was coming to visit. Kyle was super happy. But his mother only came to criticize him. She criticized what he wore, what he said, his friends, including us. During the week she stayed at my house I never saw her have a word of affection. Kyle was unhappy but he was doing his best to please her. He bought a present. A bracelet. When she saw it, she criticized him, saying it was too simple. She went to the store the day after to change for another. Kyle was heartbroken and silent.
The following year, on Kyle's birthday, he invited his parents to his party and vacation with him. The parents refused even when he knew they were on vacation. He offered to pay and they still wouldn't. My father called his parents and the indifference was such that my father when he hung up, said that from that day onwards Kyle would be his second child, as his parents did not deserve the child they had.
For a long time, I watched Kyle run to the phone thinking it was his parents calling him... it never was... it was always him calling and after a minute or two they hung up, making up some excuse. Kyle isolated himself even more. My father took him to a psychologist. Little did it help.
When Kyle joined the main team, he joined the hunters' group. Women hunters. Eventually, he got his own house and started his manwhore days.
When I first met Tolga, Tolga was one of Kyle's best friends. and teammate Always surrounded by women and in a life of luxury full of s*x.
Tolga was like Kyle. It was very hard to get our relationship right. There were many obstacles always rising. But today we are together and I know that Tolga knows that, finally, someone loves him. I see his love, every day, in his eyes. I know Tolga is happy. Kyle was one of the few who supported us at the time. If it weren't for him, we wouldn't be together today. And that's why at that moment when I saw Kyle and Lara holding each other, I knew she was special to him, even if he still didn't know it or feel it. I formed a plan in my head. I want the two of them together and happy. Tolga initially laughed at my idea but, as always, he supported me. He, too, wants to see Kyle happy.
I know that Kyle shared many of his pains with Tolga and I just want to be able to erase them from his memory, even if it's to push it away so they don't bring more loneliness and sadness.
Today we are in the first phase of my plan, a dinner. Tolga surprised me with the invitation, I think he misses his friend. When we got married, Tolga left that life and with that, a small distance emerged, even though they were teammates.
Lara, besides being beautiful, is very polite. She looks nothing like the women around Kyle. She appeared to be kind-hearted and generous. She as a soloist could have some arrogance but she doesn't. Very humble. I really hope my plan works. They are perfect for each other.
