Raju was shifting uncomfortably while I mentioned Raghav. Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned and destroyed the sort of warmth the conversation between us had . But I guess it happens because honesty is definitely the best policy.
"Raghav...", his voice trailed off.
"Is he here?", he asked. I noticed his voice was trembling. His entire existence became like cotton candy, unlike the stern grim person before.
His posture, his countenance and his lack of expression showed me he was an instant matured kid. The sort that grew up fast. The sort that lives through s**t and still survives. And so was his Amma ofcourse.
A woman of strength.
