Shylah I told Mayor Quinn that I wasn’t ready for anything serious, but I agreed we could take our time and get to know each other better. Tonight is our first date, and while Khalil is off at a sleepover at Austin’s house with a few of his Martial Arts teammates, I’ll be spending the evening with Mayor Quinn. He wouldn’t tell me where we were going, only that I should dress comfortably. The ambiguity left me standing in my closet for far too long, debating what to wear.
