Quinn Shylah was sleeping so peacefully in my arms on the walk home. I know that she is hiding something. As the curse was broken, I could feel our bond grow more robust. I knew that Elder Marcy was hinting at something to me, but I couldn't catch it. Once I lay Shylah down, I will think about today's event and figure it out, since my mate is too stubborn to tell me. And so help me, Goddess, if she isn't feeling better by the time she wakes up, I am calling Dr. Robert to come to check her out. I really want to do that anyway, but I don't want to feel Shylah's wrath. She has been extra moody lately. She has always been moody, but this type of moodiness has been extreme. Maybe it's just stress. On the other hand, I am astonished by my mate's Impundulu. I can't wait until Khalil meets her.
