A WEEK LATER…
Audrey opened the penthouse door and walked inside. Dahan-dahan ang bawat paglakad niya upang hindi marinig ang yabag niya. The light in the living room was off, but the light in the kitchen was open. Hindi niya alam kung tulog na si Emerson o hindi pa.
“Bakit ngayon ka lang?”
