ABOUT THE AUTHOR

S Thyagarajan is now retired, and a contended organic farmer. He lives in a small town close to his farm with his wife, closer to nature and away from hustle and bustle of a city. He is an amateur birdwatcher and environmentalist, who has managed to keep in touch with the forests and wild despite his long, and intense career as engineer and manager in various companies, private and public. He is passionate about simple and sustainable living and conservation of wild places. He has one son who lives abroad in whom he is happy to have inspired the same feelings of love of nature.
