FLINDER She had to stay three days in the hospital suit for observation. Flinder was finally back in her own room with Clarity, who was not leaving her alone. 'So basically, you say the boy spoke to you and he could see you?' 'Yes. But Georgina thinks I lied or had a stroke, so she had me hospitalized. I don't even want to talk about all the test they put me through. They even took scans of my brain Clare.' Flinder fell down on her bed and her head onto her pillow. 'Maybe I'm going crazy.' 'You're not crazy. You are very smart and kind. I think what you saw is amazing and beyond weird, but so exciting!' Clarity couldn't help herself and jumped around on the floor. 'Why aren't you excited?' 'They had me hospitalized Clare!' Flinder screamed at her roommate. She sat on her bed and thought. Maybe it hadn't anything to do with her, maybe he was special. But he was also dangerous. The boy almost stabbed a man. 'I think I'm going to see him.' 'Now? It's almost time for training.' 'Yeah, I need to know who he is and why he can see me. I will be right back you know. Can you tell Angel Betty I'm not feeling well or something?' 'You ow me Flin. You can take over my cooking chores this week.' 'Done! Thanks Clare.' Flinder closed her eyes and disappeared, before finding herself outside an old house with lots of weed and trash in the garden. Before she became an Angel in training, she had a big house like this. But her garden was well taken care of. Her parents even had a gardener and a pool boy. Flinder went to a private school before she died. Not wanting to think about her past, she walked to the door. She hesitated. Normally she just walked through it, but maybe she should knock before entering his house. She closed her eyes again and took strength from her star powers so she could knock on the door that wasn't enchanted like in the Angel houses of the seven Heavens. Only seconds later the door opened and the boy stood before her. 'Wow, what happened to your eye?' was the first thing she asked. His left eye was blue and he couldn't even open it, through all the swelling. His dark hair fell down to his face and he was dressed in sweats and a simple white shirt. 'Why are you here? Why now? Couldn't you come earlier, like before my father hid me? You said you were an Angel who stopped humans from doing something evil right? Why didn't you stop him?' Flinder stood frozen, not knowing what to say or do. He blamed her for not stopping his father from beating him. 'I-I'm sorry.' she said softly. The boy growled to her, before opening the door further and letting her inside. His hand wanted to grab her pols, but shoved right through her. 'Huh, I can't touch you?' 'No, I'm an Angel remember? I don't even know how you can see me.'
