"I really can't thank you and your family enough, Theo," Colleen said for the millionth time.
"Colleen, please, don't worry at all. Our family loves to help those in need," Uncle Theo replied. "And don't worry about the two love-birds either. I'll keep an eye on them."
I rolled my eyes at my uncle's theatrics.
"I appreciate it," Colleen said before giving Otti a pointed look. "But I trust my adult daughter to make smart choices."
"You think she means like a condom?" Otti whispered to me, covering her mouth, so her mom couldn't see.
"Probably," I whispered back.
Otti shrugged.
"Well, if only she knew how much I've begged to not have one, but how unbelievably strict DDK is." She muttered.
"DDK?" I asked, confused.
