Answer a few questions for her? What kind of questions? Why am I so anxious?
"Does this have anything to do with whatever the fu.ck Shelly said to you?" I asked.
Otti's eyes widened slightly before she looked at the ground.
"Kieran told you," she mumbled. "I should have known he was coming to warn you about that."
"Yeah, well, he seemed... really pi.ssed off," I said.
And scared. Terrified even. It was kind of freaky. All because Otti might leave us.
I didn't think Kieran had fallen for Otti so fast, but I get it. Just one conversation with Otti can do that to you. That's partly why I had to keep everyone away from her.
