BUT PEOPLE MEET

THE MISSING, THE FINDING

It had been three days since the dinner with the royal family, it was now sunday and so the four of them made a schedule of best to tour the kingdom although they couldn't complete the whole kingdom atleast they could try out the places of convenience, and so for the next two weeks it was like that. The third weekend approached and they had still not seen the prince, June was becoming more irritated by the idea of it because she wanted to speed up the process although they were having a bit of fun. On the morning of Saturday as the four were having breakfast Mercy and June remembered a friend of theirs who live in a town next to the slopes of Mountain Attar and June wanted to visit her but Mercy had other plans with John and David, so June was to go alone.

Cheryl wanted to go with June but she declined and said that she had called the other friend and was they would move together. Mercy, John and David moved to around a residential area to continue interacting with the people and they were so polite to them being that they were foreigners kinda of. They went back to the palace and all seemed well until dinner when they noticed June was not there, they called Cheryl , 'am sorry but when she left i she said was going to meet you all,I...' 'you're joking, Cheryl, we didn't...David,John , call her i will do the same' . Being a whole day without seeing June made Mercy worried and to make it worse as they tried call her phone, it was off. 'Cheryl can't you just track the car she used, aren't palace cars like tracked..' Mercy said worriedly, now Cheryl looking worried answered 'the friend she was going to meet sent a cab...I..I' 'you what, my word Cheryl tell security, June has many friends now I don't know which one she went to...I.. ' 'Mercy calm down' said David 'let's ask Cheryl just inform your security to help us..' 'please no' 'what' said Mercy 'my friend...sister is not picking her phone in foreign land and you won't give us help..how dare you..you..' 'Mercy please' the yelling attracted many helpers attention that the translator came in 'What's the screaming all about ' with a panicked and shaking voice Mercy explained everything to him pointing out the fact that Cheryl hesitated to help making it look like she was hiding something. 'June is missing' he fell silent for a bit why looking at Cheryl and then busting out in row fury to Cheryl 'and what were all of you doing the whole damn day, you even let her leave by herself..you' he posed and in somehow a calm voice 'you didn't want him to know but it's to late if you are to find her he has to know' he walked away as Mercy,John and David looked in confusion and followed him but another elder help stopped them and they led them to a sitting lounge as they as waited. Mercy kept praying inside her for June to be alright, noticing the older helper making a call and then an announcement came in,'his royal highness, the crowned prince of Gishu'. They all turned to the entrance as he ran into the room, Mercy looked and saw him making her loose breathe he stood tall before them breathing hard worry all over his face ,Mercy fainted. Meanwhile, June was at place the high school Gishu friend . For all there lives, they had wanted to visit each other but life always brought unexpected events and then even the federal division happened so this was the only opportunity she had to see her friends. They talked about the old days, Jenfer introduced her to her family and because of June wanted to spend time out of the palace contrains, preparing herself for the negotiations between the kingdom and the central government, she decided to stay and switch off her phone. 'Wait won't they worry' ,' they may, they may not but am selfish today, I need to be away from that in just for a day, besides am going back tomorrow so....,sweet dreams love ' and they slept off. In the a whole search party had been issued out but the Prince himself, and although operation seemed silent it quickly gained public awareness thus news quickly reached Jenfer and her husband. ' The prince himself is looking for her,' exclaimed Jenfer 'of course honey ,she is representing the central government...oh this is serious,where is she' 'out to see the cattle and sheep graze..' before she could say more cars with the royal plates were by there gate, royal guards came out in navy blue field operation, leather boots and walked straight to the house,'honey' called Jenfer's husband 'please tell them the truth' they looked at each other. And then over the radio calls it was announced 'WE'VE FOUND HER' . June was at Jenfer's family farm and they had just given her a tour of the sheep lock so they were off to the ranch to see the cattle. He brought he showing her how they were categorized, the young the ones they milked and so on , one of the doors was loose and a bull had escaped, he noticed and asked June to stay and look at the cows as he quickly located the lost one. June kept moving through the large kraal taking in simple living life style and she loved it, she envied Jenfer. She caught attention of a cow that was feeds its two calves and remembered her boys, remembering how Jenfer was happy with her Children and husband, she let out ties silent but painful, she heard footsteps and quickly turned to wipe her ties, 'oh you found it so soon' 'it...you mean you' a different voice answered ,more deep, with authority, relief yet sacred as well. She turned knowing this wasn't not the shepherd she was with turning around to face a six foot tall man, with a strong jawline and high cheekbones, rosy lips , a fair chocolate skin, brown, almond shaped eyes, wearing a black trench court with navy blue shirt and tour pants. June was smitten by him immediately, 'Storm ' he called out looking at her with his eyes tearing, he walked towards her and pulled her into his embrace, with a grip so tight as if affirming a right to her. June only reaching his shoulders was perfectly covered in his chest,confused yet it felt just right , 'Storm, I am here now, am here' he whispered to her, and June became calm.
