I looked at my schedule on the fridge, only to be disappointed that I was working the closing shift the next few nights. But then again, would I seem desperate or too eager if I saw him again right away? Maybe a couple of days is a good thing before seeing him again. I mean, I slept with him before we even had an official date.
Me — I work the closing shift the next few nights. How about Tuesday?
Cam - Tuesday it is. I can pick you up around 7
Me — Sounds great
We left it at that and I kind of figured I wouldn't hear much from him the next couple of days, but every night he would ask me how my day was and tell me goodnight before I went to bed and would text me "Good morning, beautiful" in the mornings and send wishes for a good day. Every message he sent made me smile.
