His words kept playing in my head for a couple of minutes;
"I thought we had come to a conclusion that tonight I wasn't going to leave and that I would be with him until his rut was over."
I had made the decision to stay when I saw that he was in pain; when his purple eyes called out to me for help, I knew deep down that he wanted me, only me, and so I should be the one to help him. I mean, it was my duty after all.
