APPLE'S POV
I was like a man trying to hold in his orgasm as I clenched my vaginal muscles. Those orbs of cobalt blue struck me like lightning. And whoever said lightning didn't strike the same place twice was a f*****g delusional liar. Because standing there drowning in those oceans of blue, I was zapped over and over again.
I couldn't take it anymore, so I blinked, and he overpowered me, shoving the door so hard, I fell backward, but before I could fall on my ass and die from secondhand embarrassment, firm hands grabbed me. His movements were faster than the speed of light as he steadied me, pulling me towards his chest.
I sucked in a breath as I clutched the front of his shirt for support.
What a beautiful f**k.
His face seemed like it belonged to an archangel and his hair was darker than Lucifer's soul. The glistening, unruly strands curled below his jawline, flirting with the top of his collar.
I felt light-headed like I was about to pass out.
“Breathe Apple. Breathe!” my wolf insisted.
Right, I let out the breath I was holding, and then I ate up another massive one, but this time I sucked up too much air because I could see my reflection in his sparkly eyes and I resembled an inflated blowfish. I deflated my face, blowing the air into his face, stirring the glossy ringlets on top of his head.
He clenched his jaws and kept his views on me.
He didn't say a word, but his eyes spoke to me and when he believed I was OK he let me go, uncurling his arms from around me. Now I felt heavy, too heavy to speak or move my feet.
My eyeballs were doing all the talking and moving for me, scanning every inch of his perfectly sculpted body. His skin had a little bronze tan to it like he stayed out in the sun too long.
Everything he was wearing was black. His silky black shirt was in the perfect contrast to his black washed-out jeans. His black combat boots were a healthy size 11. So much black that when my eyes landed on his face again, the impact of his piercing blue eyes felt like a punch in the gut.
“Are you alright, darling?” His voice was like singing angels. I nodded my head. “Good. Now, why were you pushing on the door?” He asked me, looking over my shoulder he got distracted. “What the hell! Gunner, down! Now!” His voice had such a demanding tone. He was definitely a high-ranked wolf.
I followed his movements as he hurried over to the huge brown wolf, and that was when I remembered Tulip. Her tiny white wolf was hiding beneath the table, trembling and whimpering. The huge wolf was trying to use his paw to drag her from beneath the table.
My wrath grew inside me. I ran past Mr. Tall, Dark, and Handsome.
“What did you do to her, you giant mutt?” I grabbed a handful of the brown wolf's fur and pulled it hard, ripping out a sizable portion. The beast howled in pain.
Dragging his ass on the floor for a second before his body transformed smoothly in front of me.
“Are you crazy, woman?” The naked man asked, rubbing on the bald patch on his head.
“Only half crazy. If I were a full-on psycho, I would have pulled your spine out instead,” I shoved the naked man, dusting my hand of his hair. It was obvious he and his friend weren't here to hurt us. They would have done so already. “Dizzy,” I called to Tulip's wolf. “It's OK honey. I won't let the big, stinking wolf get you.” I gave the naked guy the stank eye.
Dizzy's cute little snout crawled from under the table, followed by the rest of her.
“You are the rudest woman I've ever met.” The naked guy scoffed. “Alpha, let's get out of here,” I heard him say. So, the guy was his Alpha.
Dizzy nuzzled my neck. She was way tinier than my wolf. I asked her to go to Rupert's office. There were tons of clothes that she could wear. The bushy tail she-wolf paused, looking up at the naked man before running towards the office.
The naked guy seemed sad for frightening her.
I focused on the two mountains of sin. Their eyes were glossed over. “And I'm the rude one, while you two are having private mind convos in my presence.”
“Hey, I'm just telling my Alpha that we need to go. No need for me to endure any more insults and bruises from you.” The naked guy rubbed his bald spot. “Oh, Man! This is going to take days to grow back.” He whined.
“I'm not gonna apologize, plus I think the new look suits you better,” I laughed. “Now please leave,” I looked over to the Alpha. “Both of you,” I licked my lips at the thought of enjoying an Eiffel Tower with them.
“Rawr." My wolf agreed.
“Rudolph, go grab some clothes from the truck. We are not leaving until this beautiful woman serves us drinks.”
Rudolph nodded his head and ran towards the exit.
“No -” I protested when I realized something. He just called me beautiful.
“No. He called us beautiful.” Trixie corrected.
“Well, as I told your friend. We are closed,” I stepped up to him.
“Ah, but the sign on the door says you're open until midnight,” he stepped forward as well, closer to me. I could smell his perfume, Gucci Black. I sniffed again. No Gucci Guilty.
“Well, we closed early tonight,” I clarified, and he clutched my waist, using his thumb to massage my skin.
“So why not lock the door and turn the closed sign?” He asked while I bit down on my lip, loving the smell of his breath, Paprika, and something else I couldn't quite cypher.
The bell over the door chimed, and a young couple walked in.
We parted, like two magnets that weren't supposed to be close together.
Fuck! I really should have turned the closed sign.
“Can we get -"
“We're closed!” The Alpha and I yelled at the same time, vexed about them interrupting us.
The couple cursed under their breaths as they exited as quickly as they arrived.
“I want him," Trixie purred. “Look, his wolf is saying hello,” Trixie mentioned, and she was right. His wolf was fascinated, and a bit turned on. His pupils flashed from blue to gold.
“One drink, Alpha,” I smirked. “And one drink only.”
“OK beautiful.” He agreed.
“The name's Debby Downer,” I lied. There was no way in hell I was about to tell him I was a bartender named Apple Martinique.
He froze, and I rolled my eyes. “Don't look at me like that. I ain't lying, that's my name.” I shoved my fake ID card over to him.
“It is a pleasure meeting you, Debby. But you don't look like a Debby.” he shook my hand.
“Why? Because I don't have blonde hair and big boobs?" I asked and he was at a loss for words.
His friend strode in again, this time he locked the door and turned the closed sign.
“I'm David and this is my Gamma, Rudolph.” The Alpha introduced himself and his Gamma to me.
Thank God he didn't say Killian, that would have been awkward.
Rudolph looked at his Alpha weirdly, but said little. He fixed his leather jacket over his pink dress shirt. His ripped jeans hugged his pronounced hips perfectly.
How many leather jackets did this guy have?
“OK, David and Goliath," I mocked Rudolph a little. His ears fumed and my wolf loved it. I continued with my question. “Where are you guys from?” I grabbed the shot glasses and placed them before them.
“We are from the south. We are just here on business,” David told me.
I poured them whiskey.
“Apple, can you come here." I heard Tulip's voice in my head.
“I'm coming. Just gimme a sec.” I answered her. “Could you guys excuse me? I'm going to check on my friend."
“OK.” David smiled as he took the shot glass to his lips, tempting the slut in me as he swallowed the alcohol. His throat gulped and his sexy Adam's apple moved downward, then up again.
“Is she OK… I didn't hurt her, did I?” Rudolph's question steered my attention to him. He sounded genuinely concerned for Tulip, considering the fact they were about to fight earlier.
“Nah, don't worry about it. Your wolf's breath probably traumatized her.”
“Hey, watch it,” Rudolph growled.
I grinned at him before I hurried to Rupert's office.
The door was closed, and I heard faint crying coming from inside. Something told me to knock before I entered. I tapped the door three times, then I heard her shuffling inside.
“Come in,” Tulip sniffled.
I went in and she was still a trembling mess. I analysed her. Though she was an Omega, Tulip had always been brave. I've never seen her back away from a fight before, even one she knew she might not survive.
“Did he bite you? Did he scratch you?” I asked. “If he hurt you, I swear to the Moon Goddess I will kill him and eat his face.”
“No Apple. Just listen. I don't want you to kill him.”
“You don't?” Now I was confused. “Then why are you crying?”
“Because,” she sniffled, playing with her fingers. “He is my mate.”
“What! Are you sure?”
“Yes, our wolves bonded when we were on the floor.”
“Oh, I see, but you don't want a mate.”
“No, I don't. I want to go to university and design robots,” she started to ugly cry. “And did you see his appendage? It's too big. I don't think it will fit.”
“Oh, my poor little virgin friend. It will fit, trust me,” I cooed, and she cried harder.
“His wolf asked me to go with them.” She bawled louder. “I don't wanna go."
“Shh, it's OK. You don't have to go with him if you don't want to.” I hugged her and let her tears soak my shoulder.
This was a strange turn of events.

KILLIAN'S POV
Her eyes were like timeless diamonds when she stared at me. Her long black hair didn't need oil or sprays to maintain its sheen. Her face was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen. Those thick, long eyelashes, summoned a strong wind when she blinked and her breasts were more than a handful. I watched as Debby sauntered away to go check on her friend. She smelt delicious, too, like Dove soap.
“Alpha, if I may ask. Why did you tell her your name is David?” Rudolph asked. He was amused. But unlike my Gamma, my eyes noticed a thousand things inside the bar. There was a photo of Alpha Steve and some dark-haired fellow on the wall above the clock. Which would make Debby and her friend a part of Alpha Steve's pack. So, I pointed to the photo. “Damn! How did I miss that?” Rudolph laughed. He kept scratching at the bald spot on his head. “Crazy and rude, little wolf.”
“Debby is an unusual she-wolf,” I stated.
“No doubt about it. That one is bat-s**t crazy,” Rudolph snorted.
I growled, grabbing him by the jaw. “Don't I ever hear you talk about her like that again,” my wolf warned. For some reason, he was attached to her. And I couldn't blame him. Her strength was something to be praised.
“I apologize, Alpha,” Rudolph curtailed his head, an act of submission. I let him go, and he flexed his jaw. “You think Debby could be your second-chance, mate?”
“You know that's impossible,” I grumbled. After I killed my mate, the Moon Goddess cursed me by taking away my erection, so there was no reason to gift me another mate knowing I wouldn't be able to complete the mating ritual unless the Moon Goddess was crueler than I thought.
“Nothing is impossible. I'll be damned if I let you die a virgin.”
“Shh,” I hushed him. “What if the girls hear you.”
“Sorry.” He apologized. It had been years since Rudolph and I spoke about things apart from pack business. It felt–nice. There was an awkward pause. “So–" I began to say.
“She's my mate," Rudolph blurted out, stuffing his mouth with his fist, and biting on his knuckles.
“Who Debby? But when did you see her wolf?"
“No, not Debby. Her friend, Tulip. My wolf and her wolf bonded."
“I see. You know what this means?"
“What?” He c****d an eyebrow at me.
“We'll both be going back to the pack with she-wolves.”
“So you are still planning on taking Alpha Steve's daughter?”
I thought about it, but Apple wasn't stirring my interest anymore. There was something special about Debby.
“No, I think I will choose Debby.”
“What a nice turn of events," my wolf hummed.
“I wonder what she'll say when she finds out who we really are?" I wondered.
“I don't know Alpha, but I hope she doesn't pull out any more of my hair when she does," Rudolph laughed.
“I have an idea," I told my Gamma.
“Ok, spill it."
So I confided in Rudolph about what I planned to do when I proceeded to the Blue Oceans Pack to claim my prize.
