Chapter 5- Back On My Feet

Cole and I went down to the dining hall. I think Gav, Frost, and Cea were surprised to see me back on my feet. They all asked how, and I explained the situation… When Frost heard about Emma's attack, he got livid. Like really, really livid. Emma had to take him away for a few moments, but he came back just fine. I told them about my kitten.
Gav- I got a husky named Nia.
Frost- I also got a husky, but named her Emma. Don't ask.
Cea- I got a phoenix named Natori.
Emma- I got a griffin. I was going to name it Lily, but found out it was a boy. So I named him
We chatted about stuff like the new "The Walking Dead" movie, which I still haven't watched. I looked pointedly at Cole.
"I think Fern is behind the attack," I said. I'll explain. Fern was a company that captures Vampires for knowledge and money.
"We can think of that later. I want you to see the new movie, before you kill me. Gavin, go tell my mom about the vampire case, and that Em and Kat don't need handicap training." Cole ordered. I was glaring at him.
"Can I slap you now?" I asked, serious.
"Why?"
"For insulting my ego," I said. Cole smiled, before taking my hand to take me somewhere.
"Let's go unpack." he said.
"Your showering first.'' I demanded.
"Okay." He said. Then, we got up and got busy.
