After involving in that fake yet passionate kiss with Kyle, Elena's mind was in total chaos. She knew they could successfully make Drake believe their relationship after observing Drake's mood after that.
Drake clearly looked shocked. Sometimes he would stare at Kyle and Elena like he was trying to understand what he had just witnessed. But the gazes she received from him didn't show anything like he had lost interest in her. Those gazes instead showed the pain and desire overflowing from their owner's heart.
Why is he in pain? Also, why do his eyes hold so much desire? What does he desire? Shouldn't he ignore Elena because she is not in a relationship with his rival brother?
