My breathing felt like plaster on my skin. I was beyond petrified. The only thing that made sense was the breathing I was fiercely doing, I don’t know how much it would help me, but I just needed to breathe. Mike had told me to put it together, and not let fear dominate me, but it was getting increasingly difficult to achieve.
