Monroe family
Mr Daniel Monroe Was a multi billionaire owning many companies in different fields.
Jennifer Monroe, owner of the biggest jewelry store in the country A place where only the rich can afford
Both hated by their son, Richard.
All their lives only no wishes And they attend to end a lot even if they are top billionaires They only care about money, Statues and power.
Not the only child they managed to birth. Handing him over to wet nurses, and nannies, all his life, Richard had never known a mother's love.
So he grew like that watching other kids laugh and play with their parents, him left alone, forgotten even on his birthday. Only remembered when shown off at parties.
Richard hates his parents for ignoring his childhood and happiness, he hates money cus it was the reason for his sadness. He hates everyone because they are happy, with loving families. And all he got was uncaring, materialistic parents, who clearly value their reputation more than their son, even if he was missing.

SLAP!!!
“How dare you take Richard out of the city without my consent, how dare you?!!”
Daniel yelled at Conor as he and their friends all stood, moody and looking down guilty. After coming back, they had rushed to the Monroe mansion, to Richard's parents hoping for something, anything to help with their depressed situation. If only they knew.
“That boy, the election are close, the Media are constantly hovering around my family and that unfilial son of mine did this, for what?, to spite me?.”
“And Mr. James London, we arranged his daughter to be engaged to him in two days, doesn't he care about our reputation?” Jennifer added from the couch she sat on, making all of Rich’s friends boil with anger.
Was that really more important than their only child?
They all tried to control their anger but Michael couldn't,
“Is that all that matters, all you have to say?,
Your son could be dead at the bottom of the ocean, and all you can think about is your f****d up reputation” “Conor always talked of him leaving home, we kept wondering why he would leave his home, when he didn't even have one, how horrible can you be?”
All this while they all had tears in their eyes. Though Richard was emotionless, distant, he was still present in all their life choices, since high school. He was their friend, their savior, the mighty and unbreakable shield that protected them from the demonic island. Now because of them he was lost.
“Did you, a low life leeching off my son, just talk back?” Mr Daniel was furious, ready to kill, but Emily stepped in before Michael could anger him more.
“We wouldn't be saying this if you did what was right”
“And what do you think is right?” Jennifer asked with judging eyes, like she was beneath her.
“Simple, send a rescue team, knowing Rich he is too stubborn to drown to death, he might have swam to succubus island, we can sear….”
“NO” Daniel interrupted him making them all surprised at his immediate refusal.
They glanced at each other trying to understand what the man had meant, when James voiced out.
“What do you mean no?”
“I said no, do you think I don't know this is his plan, to get me to look for him, so people will say my son left the city, that too to a Mysterious island, I know it's his plan to ruin my reputation before the election.” “Am sure you all know where he is hiding, tell him his prank wouldn't work”.
They all stared at him in disbelief, did he just choose election over his only child.
“So you care more about the election than your son”
It wasn’t a question, it was a clarification, to ascertain and to convince themselves, this whole visit was in vain, but it still didn't stop them from being angry.
“Oh please, I know Richard is only hiding to spite his father, tell him to stop his childish antics and return immediately.” Jennifer said with a hard face dismissing them.
“Are you sure you really know Richard, doubt you even know his career choice” Lucy said to her.
“Forget his life career, I doubt you even remember his age or when his birthday is” Emily joined her, all were in full blown anger.
The couple glared at them, how can mere children talk to them in such manner.
“Just leave it guys, we have more important issues to handle than dealing with materialistic people.” Conor said and turned.
They were not his priority, the reason he still worked in that house was in danger. That was his priority, to find a way to rescue his friend from a horrible fate. Even if they don't know where to look from.
“Richard where are you, please be safe”.
