Chapter 19
The final person Pari and Campbell planned to interview that night was not answering his phone. They tried knocking on the door to Orion Alexander's room, got no response, and headed down to the resort's patio lounge. From there, Pari spotted Orion swimming laps in the resort's adults-only pool. Pari stuck her hand under the water by the pool edge during one of his lap turns and got his attention.
Startled, Orion peeled off his goggles. "What's wrong?"
"Can you take a break and speak with us?" Pari asked.
"Yes, I will be done in a minute," Orion answered. "I have four lengths to go to complete my set."
