Chapter 14
Opting for a less confrontational and impersonal space than the conference room, Pari and Campbell interviewed James Williams at Crown Flower Bay Resort's patio lounge. They were comfortably seated on couches that surrounded a rattan table furthest away from the patrons at the bar. James, sweating in a sport coat and collared shirt, frequently wiped his brow and the upper portion of his neck under his silver goatee.
"It was a robbery that escalated to tragedy," James speculated. "Bruno must have resisted the robber. He does march to his own beat of the drums, so to speak, so especially in the dead of night I can imagine Bruno not cooperating, perhaps even putting up a good fight. Are there villages, outposts, or communities of any kind existing in those mountains?"
