Ellery didn’t know exactly how the powers came to be. She thought maybe it had something to do with her being a Huntress. But Landry hadn’t mentioned anything about her having powers of her own, other than her blood line. And that she was supposed to be able to tap into his powers once he had Claimed her. Or had it been something else? She wished that she could remember. All she could focus on in that moment was the fear.
