“Bryce.” My sister’s voice snaps me out of my thoughts.
“I have been calling you for a while now.” She falls on the couch beside me.
“I am sorry, just...”What was I actually thinking about? Yes, Melanie avoiding me in school today.
It is so obvious and I also saw a mark on her wrist, it made my heart break. Is she hurting herself again? I feel guilty and really bad.
I failed.
I just want to talk to her, ask her if she’s okay, I want the both of us to be okay again.
It’s only been a day but I miss us already, I miss us so badly.
