When Hank stopped the car in front of an old, run-down building, my jaw nearly hit the floor. What kind of place was this? The entire building looked practically abandoned. The walls were covered in graffiti, the windows were dirty or broken, trash littered the ground everywhere, and even the fences surrounding the place were rusted.
