The Doctor?

[Alfonse]

[Alfonse] "Another has gone missing from the south tide pack... this is starting to become annoying. "

As of late, there's been an increase in wolves, humans, and werewolves going missing. At first, it started with human drug addicts and prostitutes going missing for months on end, then showing up dead in a random packs territory, but they looked cut up and stiched back together again, it was obvious they were murdered and experimented on, and at the time the elders decided to not look into these as they had nothing with us.

That was their first mistake...

Later on, it progressed to ordinary wolves turning up dead in the forests, cut up, and stiched back together, and the elders' response was to reinforce the borders but not investigate these phenomenons.

That was their second mistake...

Now people from multiple packs has been going missing for months on end and showing up cut up and stiched back together and they've only now started to send troops to investigate when the higher class started going missing, they say I'm next in line to take over the pack but it's quite obvious they have no intention of giving me any form of control and I can't be asked to fight for that position, plus it makes doing my own investigations some what easier if they don't know what it is I'm doing especially where it's painfully obvious that one of the elders is some what connected to these strange occurrences.

[Dominic] "Sir, we've found the lab, but..."

[Alfonse] "Let me guess... cleared out like it's never been in use once. "

Dominic and Alexander are my closest friends who should technically be my Beta and Gamma. Dominic is a serious as you could get with messy brown hair and fiery red eyes and constantly keeping Alexander in check who is a bit of an odd one, sometimes hot tempered with electric blue eyes and long blonde hair he kept in a messy half up ponytail.

They have been going out and following up on leds for me for months, but every time they get close to finding them, it's like they are two steps ahead and are able to allude them. They clear out the labs, leaving absolutely nothing, and if it wasn't for the fact that our senses are more advanced than humans and can still faintly smell the strange chemicals that this person uses we'd be running around circle's.

I tried profiling the victims thinking this person has a specific target they go for but that was completely useless, doesn't matter the age, gender, class or ethnicity or tribe it's like if they come across them that's it.

Given how this person moves, it's too sporadic and independent for it to be a group. It can only be someone working alone.

We were able to get some form of a description, but it was like no one could fully describe this person. All that was said was that he looked deranged, like man turning into a demon, and the only name we had was 'Doctor', you'd think it would be easy to find someone with a description like that, instead we found no one and we started to question the legitimacy of the description given but it seemed to be a common thing if someone did happen to see him which was rare.

[Alexander] "Actually, sir.... we found what we believe to be the culprit -"

[Alfonse] "WHAT!!!"

[Dominic] "But... there's a slight problem..."

[Alfonse] "Go on.."

Dominic and Alexander exchanged glances of what looked to be confusion and nervousness

[Alexander] "He's... dead"

[Alfonse] "What?"

[Alexander] "His neck was completely ripped out, and all the bones in his body were broken... he was completely destroyed."

Great, the only person with answers to the questions is now dead and sounds like a murder

[Dominic] "But that's not the worst part,"

[Alfonse] "There's more."

[Dominic] "All of his equipment and research papers was still there, and after skimming through his papers, it looked like he was trying to create a werewolf."

[Alfonse] "WHAT!?!?"

[Dominic] "It looked like a lot of his experiments were failures. However, it seemed that with his recent one, he was successful."

[Alfonse] "This can't be good, but this does explain the random disappearances as well as the state of the corpses. I was never able to get my hands on the autopsy reports on any of the victims as it's closely guarded by the elders, which caused me to suspect them to begin with however this beyond anything I could imagine, but if one of his experiments was successful then surely you saw the victim?"

[Alexander] "Actually, we tried to find them, but there was no sign of them. We believed that the victim might actually be responsible for the culprits death."

[Alfonse] "What's the date on the reports?"

[Dominic] "It's dated two months ago, and his corpses looked about two months old, so we believe he died on the same day he last updated it."

[Alexander] "We tried to find information on the victim, but he seemed he didn't care enough to actually pay attention to any of his victims identities, all we know is that it's a 22 year old female."

[Alfonse] "Great, that somewhat narrows it, but not by that much. Was there a forest near the lab?"

[Dominic] "Yes, it's right next to Turnpine Forest."

[Alfonse] "So more or less on our borders, and what of the culprit what did he look like?"

[Alexander] "Actually, he did fit the description, and I can understand why people found it hard to describe him."

Alexander proceeds to take out his phone to show me the picture of the culprit calling himself 'Doctor', he was severally bruised and bloodied with a gaping hole in his neck but I could make out his features and the descriptions fit him perfectly.

He looked deranged, he had a wicked smile stiched in to his face showing his teeth, he had shaved them to a point with black greasey lenses that was also stiched into his face with wild, dirty, burnt red hair. He was sickening to look at, almost like looking at a demon.

[Alfonse] "You've taken pictures of that entire lab, right?"

I asked, handing his phone back to him

[Alexander] "Of course, we also have the original documents and hidden them before anyone else could get to them."

[Alfonse] "Good, let's proceed under the assumption that for the time being, the other packs don't know any of this and find the survivor before she ends up dead, and I'll be joining you in this search it will go quicker if there's more of us"

[Dominic & Alexander] "Yes sir."
