Bastards! What are you still doing here by 8 AM?!” Baggy’s roar echoed through The Den — an abandoned warehouse now rotting with gamblers, thieves, and half-dead dreams. He stood like a demon at the door, sweat glistening on his scarred chest, cigarette hanging from cracked lips. > “Get out! Go hustle so you fit pay me month-end!” Tola didn’t flinch. “Oga Baggy… chill. Too early for madness.” Baggy flared. “Your papa! Before I open my eyes—vanish!” Taye hissed. “Trrruuuu!” He stood, brushing dust off his faded jeans. But just as they stepped out— > “Wait,” Baggy called, voice dropping into a sly whisper. “I get something. One deal.” The brothers paused. > “This one na package. Serious one.” Tola c****d a brow. “Talk, na.” Baggy flicked his cigarette and leaned forward. > “Honourable James was here yesterday. He needs… the governor’s daughter kidnapped.” Taye jerked back. “What?! You mad?!” Baggy shrugged, calm. “Two million. In or not?” Tola’s eyes lit up like fireworks. “Two mil?!” Taye spat on the ground. “That’s the governor’s daughter. You wan get us killed?!” "That suicide men!" Tola stepped closer to his brother. “Bro… it’s two million. We go fit leave this hell, go uni. Set our lives.” Taye hesitated. > They’d done many risky and bad things before… But never this deep. He clenched his jaw. “Hmph… life.” Then nodded. Tola beamed. “That’s my big bro!” Baggy grinned. “The plan’s ready. These two men in black suits will brief you.” And just like that, the trap began. --- > A dirty deal. Two desperate brothers. And a plan that would change everything. But the street always takes more than it gives.
