"Dammy...?", Sydney called to a very distressed looking Damien after a long moment of silence. Damien couldn't move a muscle, how could he? His eyes were fixed on the contents of the box, but his eyes looked distant. He was clearly shaken and was finding a very hard time processing everything. Sydney swang her legs from where she sat on Damien's sock drawer, where she was leaning forward, waiting for a reaction from Damien. Getting impatient, Sydney jumped off the top of the sock drawer and made her way towards Damien. Sydney bent so she could be at the same level as Damien when she got in front of him. "You don't like my present?", she asked with a frown. When she got no response, she put her hand on Damien's shoulder only to be flung abruptly making her fall on the bed. Dropping the contents of the box, Damien got on top of her, putting his hands on either side of her head, where he was pinning her hands, stopping her from moving. Damien was hyperventilating, gnashing his teeth. Anger evident on his face and his eyes still teary. Appal took over Sydney's face as her cheeks and forehead began to get wet from the tears falling from Damien's eyes. "What's with that pained look on your face, Dammy?", Sydney said in clear shock. Damien said nothing but shut his eyes closed. "Tell me what's wrong, please... you know I would do anything for you right?.... Damien!" she yelled when he still said nothing. Damien's face reddened, his veins popping on his forehead, neck and arms. He let go of Sydney's hands and placed his hands on her neck, choking her. The expression on Sydney's face changed from shock to ecstasy, her lips pulling into a smile as she closed her eyes. "Nothing would make me happier than having you be the one to end my life. Have your way with me I'm yours", she struggled to say as Damien cut her oxygen and blood supply to the head. Her eyes turned till only the whites of her eye were visible. Damien quickly let her go and got off the bed. Running his hair through his locks. Sydney choked and coughed, she gasped for air. Damien turned to look at her, looking a little bit calmer but still mad. "Why did you stop? I was happy thinking this madness would finally be over", Sydney said rubbing the area Damien's hands had just gripped her. "Did you have to kill her? Seriously Sydney. This is what we are doing now?", Damien said, spite laced in his words. "Was that really necessary? Why Sydney? Make me understand". Sydney said nothing but looked down, playing with the bracelet on her wrist. "Syd!", Damien yelled. "it's because I hated her!", Sydney blurted out, getting off the bed and walking to where Damien was. "I really did. I couldn't stand her. Her name upsetted me. How she smiled, how she was always so close to you, how she did the little things you like and how you always showed her off but never did the same when you were with me. You're mine! All mine!", Sydney yelled, shaking in red hot rage "Everything I ever wanted you to be, you were for her. Everything I wanted you to do for me, you did for her. How come she gets the perfect side of you and I get leftovers. I'm the only one that truly loves you, and you know that!", Sydney poked Damien's chest but he didn't budge. "Why then do you treat me like this? I sent your other girls to work as prostitutes far far away, so they could get tormented. Just as tormented as I was watching you with them. But her... I didn't want her to live. If I can't have you... no one will! I'm going to make you love me again... Even if it means Killing everyone you love. This is your fault! You've turned me into a monster! You made me murder someone!", she said, hitting Damien on the chest while crying, "It's all your fault. You did this to me ... made me hate myself! All I want is your love! Just love me", she wailed. Damien held Sydney's hands so she couldn't hit him anymore. she tried to wiggle herself for free, but she didn't budge. "I do love you!", Damien yelled, "I love you infinitely. No woman comes to par with you. And no one ever will. You're my other side and I would never want to lose you. I will die before that happens." "You sick liar! Then why do you keep getting other women?... Why can't you be you with me! You say one thing and then do the complete opposite", Sydney sobbed, "You... you're just like my mother! All I do is give you everything... even when it's killing me and all you do is hurt me..." "I love you Syd..." Damien said, pulling Sydney closer to him and hugging her tight. He rested his chin on the top of her head. "I love you to death..." "Then why did you leave me alone... I always did my best to make you happy. You made me look at myself different... I exaggerated and magnified the tiny flaws I had. I hated myself," She sniffled and rubbed her eye. "Why did you leave me...Why won't you take me back...?" Damien stayed silent for a while. "I'm not in a good place mentally right now.... you're way too good for me and I don't want to hurt you. That would kill me inside," he finally spoke up. "Not in a good place to be with me but you're in the perfect place to be with other bitches huh?", Sydney laughed sarcastically. She put her hands to his chest and pushed, trying to push him away and free herself from his embrace. "Syd...", he said trying to hold her tighter. Sydney managed to free herself. "Stella isn't going to be the last person I kill for you. I'll keep piling them up." Sydney said still looking hurt from Damien's words. "This is why I'm trying to push you away from me. We are too alike and neither of us has a healthy mind. We will burn each other... I will turn you into a monster", Damien said, walking closer to Sydney. "Don't come close to me", Sydney said taking a step back. "And it's too late for that. You turned me into a monster the day you hurt me the way you did and left me without a single glance back. I hope you like the scent of blood... you'll be smelling a lot of it from now onwards". "Syd...", Damien said trying to hold Sydney's hand. Sydney backed away avoiding him, "Goodbye Mr. Owsen. I'll be watching you", she said then left through the window. Damien meant everything he said to Sydney. He really did love her. And nothing would change that.
