Fates Unbelievable Hands

Aerabella woke in the middle of the night. She looked around confused. how did she get here? where was here? She saw the forms of a few people sleeping and she remembered running into two men in the forest.

"Oh, you're awake?" a male voice said. "My names Kyne, May I ask your name?"

In the darkness she couldn't really make out any features other then the fact that his eyes glowed weirdly yellow in the campfire. They reminded her of Jax.

"Jax? is that you?" Aerabella asked. No way could it be.

"Wait, you know my father?"

"He survived?" Aerabella was filled with such joy. "Can you take me to him?"

"What is your name?" Kyne asked again.

"Aerabella" she whispered just barely.

Kyne checked to see everyone else was still asleep and listened for any change in breathing before he said his next sentences as quietly as possible so only she could hear.

"You're supposed to be dead. You need to stay that way until I get you back to my father. Your name is going to be just Bell for now, and you are not the dead princess. understood?"

Aerabella nodded slightly then flung herself at this man who so resembled his father.

"Thank you." she cried. Kyne had no idea what it felt like to finally be free. What it felt like to know that not everyone had died that day.

"Don't thank me yet. I can't tell you anything until I verify your true identity. We are heading towards the castle and I can't change that. Once our mission is complete I will take you back to my father, but we cannot miss this opportunity. we're only going to get one shot at saving the person we are here to save."

Kyne explained.

"No, I can't go there!" Aerabella cried. "Please I can't. Don't make me go back."

"Look, Bell, Unwin has someone we desperately need back. Someone I desperately need back. If you wish to wait in the woods we can swing back and grab you, but I'm not going to let them keep her." Kyne looked determined as he said this.

"There is a secret passage to the dungeon. On the south side of the castle going in through the sewer. follow the tunnels to the right and it will come out to a narrow hole in the wall. I can't go but I can see you love whoever she is very much." Areabella said. She wanted so badly to see Jax and hoped dearly that his son would hold up his end and return for her.

"The others might not agree to this since they don't know who you are but if I tell them it will put our mission in danger. please stay quiet about who you are and I will make sure you are somewhere safe before we leave here." Kyne explained, "I will find a way to complete our mission and still see you safely to my father."

"If you are half the man your father was when I knew him, I trust your words completely" Aerabella said back.

Everything happened so fast. Fate seemed to be on Aerabella's side and everything was unbelievable. she still didn't trust what was happening to her. it felt like a dream. of all the people to run into, she ran into the perfect person to help her. Nothing seemed real anymore and her head was spinning. Suddenly she didn't feel so good.

"I don't feel good" Aerabella shot up and for the tree line. She threw up bile because there was nothing in her stomach.

Kyne handed her his water and after she took a drink he handed her a peice of bread to settle her stomach.

"Try eating something, it might help"
