Emrys woke up with a blistering headache. Tony, Lincoln, Leon, and Sebastian were still snoring around him. They were in his office. Emrys sat up slowly, trying to recall the events of the night before. He remembered Sabrina being mad at him because of Crystal. He remembered going in search of Lincoln to tell him in confidence what was going on with Elias and the need for a bit more protection. He did not remember how the two of them grew into the five of them or how they ended up in the office. One thing he did know, Sabrina would not be able to accuse him of betrayal this time. Part of him wondered if she had noticed that he did not come to bed, part of him did not care.
