On my drive home, I realized I didn't have my phone with me and that I'd probably left it in my office, so I made a U-turn. It was past office hours, but security in the lobby let me in after showing them my ID. As expected, with all the lights being off on the entire floor, I was met by darkness when I exited the elevator. But what I didn't expect was the sounds of a struggle coming from my office.
