The mind is a very strong organ in the body that can go anywhere the body cannot, we can think and feel emotions that can connect to the body to feel one's pain.
when there is violence in the world it doesn't only hurt us mentally, but physically hurts us.
violence makes us sick and weak making our bodies have disease and sickness.
I'm not just talking about physical violence though,
I'm talking about mentally negative thinking,
the emotional toll that comes with that thinking
stressing, over thinking, anxiety, sadness, anger, any other emotion that can cause mental pain is violence to our mind & body , soul
what we feed into our body can carry how we feel and think, more fruits and veggies can make us feel more happy and love and excitement.
but more meaty foods and sugar can make us feel anger and sadness and weak.
it's about nurturing your body and feeding your mind to keep your soul healthy and at peace within your body.
